HOURS | We are open Thursday through Saturday, hosting one seating per night for 11 guests at 6:30 p.m. Please allow 2.5 hours for the full experience.
MENU/PRICE | We offer a 10 - 12 course fish-focused tasting menu for $120 per person.
THURSDAYS IN FEBRUARY | We’re introducing a five-course, short-format tasting menu on Thursday evenings. All Thursday diners in February will enjoy this short menu, featuring the same ingredients, technique, and hospitality as our full experience. Offered in a more compact, 90-minute format, for $85.
DIETARY REQUESTS | If you require any dietary modifications, please include a note with your reservation. We will respond to your request to let you know if it can be accommodated.
Please note that due to our pescatarian focus, we are unable to accommodate vegan diners or fish allergies. However, shellfish allergies can often be accommodated. Please indicate if pescatarian accommodation is required, as we occasionally use land-based proteins as dish enhancements.
All accommodations are menu dependent, so please include dietary requests each time you book with us.
WINE/CORKAGE | We proudly feature a Canadian-focused wine menu, highlighting a rotating selection of Niagara’s most exciting producers. A 5-wine pairing is available for $55, in addition to wines by the glass and by the bottle.
Corkage is $55 per 750mL bottle.
HOW TO BOOK | For our regular Tasting Menu Experience, please book directly through our reservation system. For private parties and event inquiries, kindly email info@restaurantcapelin.com, and we will coordinate your experience personally.
A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to your bill. This policy helps us minimize food waste, support our staff, and maintain our standards of care.
