Our menu celebrates the cold, clear waters of the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay, alongside the seasonal bounty of Niagara’s farms and the work of the region’s incredible producers. We are committed to thoughtful, local, and seasonal sourcing, with a focus on Canadian ingredients. The result is an experience rooted in a sense of place, offering a closer connection to Niagara’s food and wine community.

We welcome guests together for one shared seating at 6:30 each evening, by reservation only. Dinner lasts approximately two and a half hours. It is relaxed and conversational by nature, with moments to listen, ask questions, and enjoy the company around you. Please contact us directly for parties larger than 8 people.

Our chef’s counter is the heart of the restaurant, where you experience the evening up close. If you require table seating for accessibility or comfort reasons, please include a note with your reservation so we can plan accordingly.
