Seasonal Tasting Menu
Our tasting menu evolves every five to six weeks, shaped by Niagara’s growing cycles and the availability of exceptional Canadian fish. Freshwater species from the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay often take centre stage, complemented by peak produce from the region.
The menu is fish focused, with land based proteins used thoughtfully and sparingly. We invite guests to place their trust in our team and experience the season as it unfolds in real time.
Pescatarian diners and those with shellfish allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.
What to Expect from the Experience
Capelin offers a multi course tasting menu served over approximately two and a half hours. With a single seating each evening, all guests begin together at 6:30 pm, creating a shared and immersive dining experience.
This format allows our team to present each course with intention and to guide guests through the progression of flavours, textures, and techniques.
Tasting Menu Pricing
The tasting menu is $120 per person.
Optional wine pairings are available for $65 per person and are curated daily to complement the menu. Our wine program highlights small scale Niagara and Ontario producers.
